This is such a great article reminding us about the power of compounding in all areas of life! It really resonated with me, especially the point about learning being harder as adults. I think there's a key element that plays into this "maturity tag" – our egos!

Kids are fearless learners because they don't worry about looking silly or making mistakes when they try new things. They just jump in and learn by doing. As we get older, we often become more self-conscious, worried about what others think, and that fear of imperfection can really hinder our ability to learn and grow.

Thanks for saying it loud! Do you mind sharing last fearless thing you've did as an adult?

Definitely! Thinking about it, immigrating to the Netherlands felt pretty fearless. You really don't know what you're getting into, even with research, and the culture shock is real. It was a big risk, stepping away from the familiar and hoping to adapt to a new life. It's funny how you only truly understand the unknown after you've jumped. Luckily, it worked out for me and I'm still here, content with my choice.
